AMST Commencement Student Information

Tickets

Emails have been sent out to graduating students to RSVP and request guest tickets.

Due to space, we have a limit of 3 guest tickets per student.

Arrival Time

Students must arrive promptly at the Friday Conference Center by 1:00pm on May 9th to enter the studio and find their seats. We strongly encourage students to come in their cap and gowns.

All guests must have their tickets with them to enter and will be seated by staff.

UNC’s clear bag policy will be in place. More information with specifications and prohibited items can be found here.

Seating

Students will be seated alphabetically in the designated area at the front of the room.

Name (Pronunciation)

Please be aware that you will need to fill out a card to help us pronounce your name correctly in the ceremony. The cards will be provided to the graduating student to fill out when they pick up their tickets.
